CONVERSATION HELD BY JORGE BARRENECHEA WITH AN UMMITE ON 17 MARCH 1987 (Who spoke badly) from 12:00 to 12:25.

We have written a letter to your brother Rafael Farriols Calvo with a report on the collective psychism; if you wish to meet as a sign of reconciliation you may do so; we are very sorry for the troubles caused by the apocryphal letters.
We were not responsible for the death of Mr Panadero of Albacete, administrator of Doña Margarita Ruiz; the death was not provoked but unfortunately it happened, and we were not responsible. He had handed a report to an American national, but it was not us. They obtained from us an instrument of chromium-manganese belonging to us, taken from the basements of Calle Mayor 58 in Albacete; that instrument is in the hands of the American Administration.
A letter will reach Jorge Barrenechea addressed to Rafael Farriols Calvo; to prevent the letter from being passed on to a large number of your brothers, we use the indirect channel; we obviously do not send it to the recipient; it will take several days. It is dangerous for you to adopt our doctrines; it is risky to adopt them.

Q-J-B = In the telephone conversation held on 11 March 1987 with a brother of yours, the matter of the vaporisation or disintegration of UMMOWOA was not clear.

A-U = I have language difficulties; the brother who spoke to you on the 11th knows Spanish well, I do not; I could send it to you in writing.

Q-J-B = Can you explain the mechanism by which the OUIJA works? Do you know what the OUIJA is?

A-U = I know the OUIJA: OUI in French and JA in German. It acts through muscular mechanisms that reflect unconscious contents; impulses can be received telepathically and turned into movement by muscular mechanism or tactile pressure.

Q-J-B = Do you know the experiment done with hens whose diet is totally deprived of Ca, and when the deficiency appears they are given mica, which is a potassium silicate, whereupon the shell recovers the hardness it had lost? Is there transmutation?

U speaks: A brother of mine has called you; we would like to receive a copy of the letters we have sent you; you must put a code number on each page so that we can refer to them when you ask questions; moreover, of some letters we have no photocopies; in many cases the typist kept a carbon copy; in the first period, when we wrote to F. Sesma, the typist destroyed 270 sheets out of fear of the police, who went to search his house, not his flat.

Q-J.B = Is the Typist alive?

A-U = Yes. We would like to have those copies 1st to send to UMMO 2nd to codify them and understand one another better; we will pay the cost of the photocopies if you wish; we have no money difficulties; please, money does not matter to us; we do not want to offend you; and he asks Jorge: What do you advise me?

A-J = Please do not insist; it is the least we can do for you; a woman will come to your house to collect the parcel

Q-J.B = Will the young lady who called me come?

A-U = It may be her or another; she will deliver this collection at Calle Goya 57-4º Izq.; in reality it interests us very little, but it would be convenient because some letters are missing.

Q-U = When do you think the parcel will be ready?

A-J.B = Would 27 March suit you?

A-U = It depends on the person who has to collect it; there must be no important witness.

A-J.B = I will be alone to receive her, and if you wish I will not even see her face.
U = I beg you to advise me what we should do to pay the cost of the photocopies; on the one hand we want to pay you, on the other we fear offending you.

A-J.B = I have already told you, not a word about it.

U = You must make a parcel wrapped in a sheet of brown paper, tied with hemp string, so that this person can collect it; but you must not hand over these copies without placing a code (letter-message) with a figure followed by a dash and the page No. It will serve to identify each page and subject for both of us; moreover, you are doing us a favour, for we are missing 38-40 copies that were destroyed by the typist, who also destroyed 270 sheets of reports we had not sent; on one occasion two police officers came up about a political matter and

A.U. = Look, we are able to kill the president of the USA or the president of the Soviet Presidium whenever we wish, but we are not going to do so; we must not; our moral laws prevent us; we can obtain all the information we want from both bodies, and that is how we know that the situation has improved noticeably, because Reagan's social image is deteriorating; the image of Totalitarianism, that of the Soviet model, is a fairer model; it is true that they came to violate human rights, but the rights violated in the West are much more serious. Strongly polarised propaganda against the Soviet Union produces a multiplier effect that distorts reality. For example, when a South Korean aircraft was serving US interests, having received instructions to violate the security border, the pilot received 360,000 dollars; the Soviets had no choice but to shoot it down; none of this was ever said in the West.

Q.J.B. Almost three years ago we received a mutilated letter that we were to hand over to you. Can you complete the information we were missing about Felipe González?

A. U = We were telling you that Felipe González is a mere governor for the USA; I am sorry to say it but that is how it is; on coming to power his whole programme underwent a Copernican change; the fear of a military coup radically changed his political programme; a few days after taking power he received a visit from the US ambassador, who handed him a secret memorandum to avoid the risks of socialism, setting out the guidelines of the economic model to follow; we have a photocopy of that memorandum; because of that memorandum the PSOE was forced into a radical change; the PSOE leaders, unable to pursue their ideals, discouraged, fell into very great corruption; I repeat that Felipe González is a mere governor for the USA.
The interests dealt with at Yalta divided up the world, and they have only been broken on two occasions, in Cuba and in Turkey.

Q.J.B. = Why in Turkey?

A.U = because according to YALTA Turkey fell into the Soviet orbit, but the USA provoked a coup d'état after the war had ended.
for example the case of Greece, agreed with the CIA and backed by the USA.
The USSR violated the YALTA pact in Cuba.

Q. J.B. = I believe Nicaragua is considered dangerous by the USA because it is a seed that may spread Marxism. Is that not so?

A.U = Exactly.
